These terms govern your use of Loden, a personal styling app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Loden's critiques, suggestions, and taste profiles are generated by AI based on the photos and feedback you provide. They are opinions offered as styling perspective, not facts, and not professional, medical, or psychological advice. The AI can be wrong, and its reads reflect the information you've given it. Use your own judgment.
You own the photos and text you submit. By submitting them, you grant us the license needed to operate the app: storing your photos, sending them to our AI provider to generate critiques and identify garments, and building your taste profile from them. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, as described in the privacy policy.
Only submit photos you have the right to share. Don't submit photos of other people without their permission, and don't use Loden for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive. Loden is not for users under 13.
You're responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, which permanently removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Loden is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
